JOB DESCRIPTION

Medenvision USA is part of the Medenvision Group, a fast-growing innovative company that focusses on developing products and solutions that lead to efficiency optimization in the OR with specific emphasis on joint surgery. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager in our Los Angeles office. You will be the main point of contact with our US customers, agents and the international business development team. 

 

  • Main point of contact
  •            Send quotes, processing orders and organizing
    logistics
  •            Responding to all customer & vendor inquiries
  •            Processing invoices
  •            Maintaining files and documentation accurately in
    accordance
     with company policy
  •           Supporting Brand Identity in USA 

JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The person we are looking for

  •          Results-oriented sales experience is a plus 

  •       Effective verbal communication skills

  •          PC savvy with proficiency in Office

  •       Solid attention to detail

  •       Ability to work independently and accurately

  •          Self – motivated and able to meet deadlines
