Medenvision USA is part of the Medenvision Group, a fast-growing innovative company that focusses on developing products and solutions that lead to efficiency optimization in the OR with specific emphasis on joint surgery. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager in our Los Angeles office. You will be the main point of contact with our US customers, agents and the international business development team.
- Main point of contact
- Send quotes, processing orders and organizing
logistics - Responding to all customer & vendor inquiries
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining files and documentation accurately in
accordance with company policy - Supporting Brand Identity in USA
JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The person we are looking for
Results-oriented sales experience is a plus
Effective verbal communication skills
PC savvy with proficiency in Office
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently and accurately
Self – motivated and able to meet deadlines
