I have been very impressed by the EsySuit and Gripper system. Using both of these has increased theatre efficiency, greatly facilitated surgical exposure and made it a lot easier for the scrub nurse to prep and drape our patients. I currently use both for unilateral and bilateral direct anterior hip surgeries without traction table. Surgery has been made very simple to perform with one or even no assistant.
