I have been a big fan of the Gripper since I started using it in early 2017. For me it is a simple and cost effective tool to give my assistant a third hand. It controls the soft tissue tension and improves exposure. My surgeon visitors love that they can follow the surgery without an assistant blocking their view. In addition the Gripper allows me to do most parts of my anterior hip replacements with only one assistant.
