Dries Goyens is the CEO of MedEnvision and serves on its board of directors.
As from the establishment of MedEnvision, Dries has been involved as non – executive board member and legal advisor. In that role Dries was responsible for the legal structuring of the company’s worldwide sales strategic distributor and supplier relationships.
Aside from his activities at MedEnvision, Dries has been active,since 2000, as M&A lawyer in national and cross border corporate projects, Fintech advisory and negotiator of business transactions.
Dries is also independent board member of several Belgian companies, liquidator of an insurance company and member of the financial committee of the Belgian hospital Klina.
Dries earned a Master of Law from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) as well as a Postgraduate Insolvency Law and is certified business mediator. He also earned a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.
